Press Secretary to the Russian President: Putin is prepared
Moscow, April 15th (Xinhua) - Russian President's Press Secretary Peskov stated in an interview with India Today on the 15th that Russian President Putin is preparing to reconsider the proposal to transport Iran's enriched uranium to Russia.
Peskov said that Russia had prepared to receive enriched uranium from Iran, which could have been a "good solution", but the US rejected the proposal.
Peskov also said that the International Atomic Energy Agency has never confirmed any attempt by Iran to develop nuclear weapons.
