The reporter recently learned from the National Healthcare Security Administration that in order to further improve the convenience of healthcare services, the National Healthcare Security Administration has developed a healthcare drug search function based on a unified national healthcare information platform, which helps insured persons to more conveniently search for healthcare drugs and commercial insurance innovative drug purchase channels, making it more efficient, transparent, and worry free for insured groups to purchase drugs.
 
The medical insurance drug finding function can conveniently query which medical insurance designated medical institution or pharmacy has settlement records for a certain drug within one month, and achieve daily data updates. This feature covers all designated medical institutions and retail pharmacies nationwide, and supports fuzzy queries and precise searches for medical insurance drugs and innovative drugs.
 
According to the National Health Insurance Bureau, users can use the service through the National Health Insurance Bureau's WeChat official account, the National Health Insurance Service Platform App, the National Health Insurance Service Platform Alipay applet, and the National Health Insurance Service Platform's WeChat applet.
